Guest Blogger: Nickelodeon12!

     Hello once again athletes!!!

Hey there athletes. I am going to just pass this off to Nick for his Guest Blog:

What’s up athletes, Nickelodeon12 here, and I am so proud to have been chosen as a guest blogger on Reporters of Action AllStars, the best place for all your sports news! As Dalton covers a lot of NBA news, I guess I’ll talk about the upcoming 2013 NFL Season. I am super excited. I hope my favorite team, the Giants, makes the playoffs, after a disappointing post-Super Bowl season last year. I also wonder, who will dominate the 2013 season?

First up, quarterbacks. I’m taking a lot of interest into rookie quarterback Andrew Luck, over RotY Winner Robert Griffin III and Russel Wilson, as well as Colin Kaepernick, who in his first year starting led the 49ers to the Super Bowl. Andrew Luck was part of a dominant rookie class last year after an amazing college career which featured 2 runner-ups for the Heisman Trophy. In his first year in the NFL, Andrew Luck set the record for passing yards by a rookie with 4,371 and came in second in Rookie of the Year voting. He has the talents to become an elite passer like Drew Brees in his sophomore season. Heck, he even ran for 5 touchdowns last year. Other dominant forces will include Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, RG3, Joe Flacco, Kaeps, Eli, and Tom Brady, though I predict Brady is set to slow down this year.

Next up, running backs, Adrian Peterson, of course, though I doubt he can keep up what he did last year by rushing for over 2,000 yards 9 yards short of Eric Dickerson’s single-season record. Maurice Jones-Drew, 2011′s rushing champion who was injured last year, probably makes a good case for Comeback Player of the Year along with Darelle Revis & Alex Smith, though I think he will win. Arian Foster, Ray Rice, and Frank Gore, make up some of the NFL’s elite running backs. And don’t forget sophomores Alfred Morris and Doug Martin. Man, last year’s rookie class was amazing.

And finally, since I don’t have time to do every position, Wide Receivers, aka Calvin Johnson Jr., one of the best players in the NFL today. Johnson had a record breaking season in 2012 after appearing on the Madden cover. (Therefore “breaking” the Madden curse) He broke Jerry Rice’s single season record for receiving yards with 1,964. Wow. Johnson is sure to be a dominant force for years to come. Also, Wes Welker is now teamed up with Peyton Manning, Percy Harvin with Russel Wilson, and Greg Jennings with Christian Ponder. How will these duos work out?

Anyway, that’s all for now. It was great being a guest blogger, and I will be having a new sports blog being released soon. I always like to leave a comment question, so why not? Who’s your favorite quarterback in the NFL? Mine has to be Peyton Manning, but I also like Eli, Alex Smith, and Luck.

Cya later athletes!

Riddler’s Corner!

Hey Athletes, This is another edition of You Make The Call, so here’s 3 sports occurances that should be reviwed by YOU!

If Calvin Johnson catches a 32 yard pass from Matthew Stafford and Derrelle Revis adds a 5-yard facemask but the Lions OG gets a clipping penalty because he was shoved, Should the played be brought back, Stay as is, or the penalty(s) should be reviewed? Your the Ref, Its Your Call.

Corey Hart Of the Milwaukee Brewers hits a small bouncer towards the pitcher, Chad Billingsly, but his bat splinters off also toward the pitcher. The bat stops infront of the pitcher with the bat between Billingsly and the ball. The ball hits the bat and redirects toward the 3rd base line. As the ball nears the line Juan Uribe bobbles it and it rolls barely into foul territory then he throws it low and James Loney misses it and Hart winds up at second. Your the Ref, is it a single with an error on Uribe or Billingsly? or 2 errors on Uribe or is it foul? or a Double?

With 1:23 left in the game, Mario Manningham of the Giants (now on the 49ers) catches a ball thrown by Eli Manning and gets absolutely crushed by Ravens safety Ed Reed and Manningham drops the ball and the Ravens other safety, Bernard Pollard recovers it and brings all the way down to the 8 yard line. coach Tom Coughlin Challenges the play but it doesn’t get reversed. It’s inside the 2 Minute warning remember, Whats the call? Booth Review? Incomplete Pass? Fumble?

Peace Love And Bacon!

And Don’t forget to reserve your spot in my latest football fantasy league!

Would you guys care to enter my football fantasy league?
